Most Realtors have websites…It’s Real Estate 101. The difference is that most agents pay someone to put their face on a website, fill the site with pre populated generic information and assume people will find them because “I have a website now”. And they will be found…sooner or later. Unless you spend time on your website, you are at the mercy of where and what your “host” happens to do for you. I’m a hands on Realtor. What I do that most others do not, I spend hours researching sites to ensure I am everywhere which means your home is everywhere.
Simply put, web presence is everything! When people enter their search query into Google, Yahoo, or Bing, they hope to find relevant websites. By putting out so much fresh, daily, and descriptive information onto my websites SeanSeckar.com and TheSCVShortSaleExpert.com, the search engines frequently put my websites at the top of their first page. By being on the first page of Google, or Yahoo, it enables homebuyers to find me, and in-turn, find your featured home for sale. In addition, Facebook and Twitter are an amazing way to promote your home to mass amounts of people in a matter of seconds.
I have also teamed up with over 30 of Santa Clarita's leading real estate professionals in a group called Top Agents United. These Realtors, including myself, must meet a minimum requirement of homes sold, each year. In addition to daily email communication among these agents, we meet twice monthly to pitch our upcoming listings and discuss our buyers' needs. More often than not, there will be several agents with clients looking for a home like yours.
